Astra is the bridge. The hub is the only machine that needs the OEM tools. Field laptops talk to that hub. They see the truck through it.
Shop and Fleet include an Astra license. Astra does not include dealer credentials. You bring those.
If the hub drops, the remotes stop. That is the license.
