Hyperdiag Inc is a Delaware company. This site collects what you type into checkout and what you send to privacy@hyperdiag.ai.

Payments are processed by Whop. Card numbers go to Whop, not to our servers. Whop’s privacy policy governs that data. We receive name, email, product, and payment status so we can deliver the subscription.

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising pixels on this site. Server logs (IP, user agent, path) are kept by our host for security and then expire.

Raw bus traffic and in-progress diagnostic sessions stay on the assigned device. The planned Astra service will carry diagnostic messages through an encrypted relay. To provide the shared operational record, the Windows applications sync vehicle identifiers, job details and outcomes, and upload account artifacts such as service reports. Recorded trace upload is part of the planned launch experience. We do not take OEM dealer credentials from you.
