Hyperdiag Inc is a Delaware company. This site collects what you type into checkout and what you send to founding@hyperdiag.ai.

Payments are processed by Whop. Card numbers go to Whop, not to our servers. Whop’s privacy policy governs that data. We receive name, email, product, and payment status so we can deliver the subscription.

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising pixels on this site. Server logs (IP, user agent, path) are kept by our host for security and then expire.

Diagnostic sessions, when the software ships, stay on the assigned device and, for Astra, on the encrypted session. We do not take OEM dealer credentials from you.

Write founding@hyperdiag.ai to access, correct, or delete an account record. We will answer that request.
