Refund

Pre-orders are scheduled for software delivery on 15 October 2026. The policy below applies to delivery of access.

If access to a monthly subscription has not been delivered, you choose: a full refund of amounts paid, or a ninety-day extension of the paid subscription term at no extra charge.

Starter, Pro, Max and individual applications are monthly subscriptions. Any earlier one-time purchase keeps its original refund terms.

After access is delivered, monthly charges are for the period ahead. Cancel anytime; service runs to the end of the paid month.

Write billing@hyperdiag.ai with the Whop receipt. Refunds return to the original payment method.
