Terms

Hyperdiag Inc is a Delaware company. These programs are sold as subscriptions — monthly, or yearly where offered (Chiron and Astra, −17%). Founding pricing, if taken before 01 September 2026 00:00 America/New_York, stays in place for twelve months on that subscription. Billing is through Whop. Stripe may replace Whop later; the founding price still holds.

One license is assigned to one device. We do not sell computers. Chiron and Achilles stay on the assigned device. Astra is assigned to one hub device; unlimited remotes may connect only while that hub is on the session. Achilles may reach other devices through TeamViewer or Astra. TeamViewer is a third-party product; you supply that account. Shop and Fleet include an Astra license. Astra does not include OEM dealer credentials. You already have to hold those.

Achilles hours are a monthly allotment. Unused hours do not roll. At the cap Achilles stops until the next cycle or you buy extra hours at the published rate.

Chiron is diagnostic software. Coverage depends on adapter, vehicle, and software revision. Astra is a remote session bridge. You remain responsible for work performed on vehicles and for compliance with local law. Hyperdiag does not sell cracked OEM tools.
