Offline access
Local diagnostics can work without a network for up to fourteen days with a valid offline licence. Vehicle records sync when connectivity returns. Hosted AI requires internet; remote links require a network.

Jobs, traces, service reports, specifications, parameter changes and repair outcomes are linked to the vehicle's VIN.

Team and device access
Administrators invite team members, assign roles and move device licences between machines.
Windows tools and browser management
Technicians work in the Windows tools. Managers use the browser to follow vehicles, jobs, reports, teams, licences and storage. Raw bus traffic stays on the assigned machine unless it is saved as an account artifact. Saved records are available to authorised users in the same organisation.
